help me make some lua

I have 4 idea about LUA Script , hope you help me make it come true:

1) Level script: I want you help me make a level script in game (view midd top of the screen) and can save + load by login/use USGN Account. Every one join my server can have.

2) Position script: a X,Y (position) under Radar , and also everybody can have !

3) Kill mark: a icon when you kill somebody are defuse bomb blah blah blah...

if some think i said you dont understand, post in here.

4) Teleport + score: i have creat a map with teleport , if player go in to that Teleport they can have score !
