Is it meant for posting simple problems with cs2d scripting, or to just request scripts?

It's designed to help others learn Lua and for veterans to share their extensive knowledge of the language and programming in general with newcomers to the language and to give them some resemblance of a personalized helpline where they can be sure that their questions will not be buried within a 4,000 posts deep thread.

Of course, that's all contingent upon the community itself as this is a self-regulating website (I have minimum controls over it) so yes, theoretically this may end up becoming a place where people more or less just asks for scripts rather than for help writing those scripts. But hopefully, it'll be offset by others who are interested in learning Lua.
