Instead of using rcon etc...(example of admin commands: !equip 1 10 in chat instead in console) can i save admin names(from usgn) and if i can is there a way i can give them admin levels (example: level 1 admin can only teleport and get weapons level 2 can teleport, get weapons, speedrun and kick)

This is available in the amx2d version: download here: http://www.mediafire.com/?1mzzwhjz5dy You could edit Admins privileges in Priv.cfg file.
